What should I do if my Unlock Code does not work?
The Unlock Code is case, space and punctuation mark sensitive, so a different code would be generated for "George W. Bush" versus "George W Bush" or "george w. bush".
If you did not register your HotSync ID exactly correct, then you will have received a code that generates an "Invalid code - try again" message.
In this situation, please send an e-mail with all the following information from the Security screen (see example at left) to webmaster@westering.com :

Make sure that you type the User Name exactly as it is shown on your Palm screen. Plus, let us know when and where you purchased the software.
Once we have all of this information, we will immediately generate a new Unlock Code for you.
